These doorbells take their power from the mains, and are directly plugged into a socket. They receive a wireless signal from wireless bell push buttons or wired to wireless converters. They have the convenience of being positioned anywhere where there is an available socket. All the doorbells are either 50m, 100m or 150m models. Most of the models will happily work with portable or wall-mounted models within their manufactures ranges. Some models such as theHE306 allow you to continue to use the socket for other appliances. The HE306 is particularly interesting, in that the socket can be switched on by the bell push. You can therefore control an appliance from the bell push button. It should be remembered that models which have no internal switches to set the frequency (auto-detecting models) will loose there settings when unplugged from the socket, and will have to be reset.
